Please carefully read this entire page before requesting a conference.

Thank you for your interest in scheduling a conference with the BCCO. Unless other arrangements have been made, these requirements are valid for all conferences beginning in 2010.

Scheduling
BCCO speakers travel mainly on Friday mornings. They speak Friday evening, Saturday morning, and Saturday afternoon, and return home Saturday afternoon/early evening (unless special arrangements have been made for Sunday morning preaching.)

Because we take the call to minister to your whole group very seriously, we are unable to do any counseling at your conference.

Fees
Although we do not demand a set honorarium, a fee of around $15 per attendee or $25.00 per couple, is reasonable for BCCO conferences. A minimum of at least 100 attendees is requested. If you are unwilling or unable to accommodate these expectations, please indicate so. This will not necessarily disqualify you as a potential host site, but will give us a better picture of your expectations and goals.

We request that the host organization pay for all travel, food, and lodging costs for BCCO speakers when traveling out of town, (more than 150 miles from Tonasket, WA.) We request BCCO speakers be provided with private rooms in a hotel (or at the conference center), so that they can rest and prepare. Within 45 days of your conference, if booked, BCCO speakers will purchase their airline tickets and submit the receipt to the host organization for reimbursement within 15 days.

Resources
As part of our desire to assist The Father’s Ranch Ministries, all books and resource sales at (local) conferences will be handled through the BCCO. This applies even if your church has its own bookstore. Procedures for resource sales will be clearly communicated upon conference scheduling.
