The Father's Ranch (TFR) is a ministry in our area that our church heartily endorses. TFR is a residential counseling program for young women, mostly suffering from eating disorders and/or drug addiction. These women are immersed in a loving, nurturing Christian community at TFR for several months and the transformation is phenomenal. Often they are taking women for whom other treatment programs have repeatedly failed.
The Biblical Counseling Center of Okanogan (BCCO) will answer a great need in our area as well. There is not a single Christian-oriented counseling center in our entire county, which is geographically the largest county in the State of Washington. This has been a major concern. To get counseling with a Christian world view, people often have to drive 200 miles round trip. We are convinced that TFR is a ministry worthy of your prayers and support.
