Internship

Do you have a heart for young women who are hurting, wounded, and struggling?  Do you enjoy coming along side others who are looking for answers from God’s Word in tackling life-dominating sins? Do you have a desire to increase your skills in working with challenging young women from a Biblical worldview?  An internship at The Father's Ranch might be just what is best to help you gain the ministry skills you’ll need for the future.  Interning at The Father's Ranch will give you valuable, real-world, Biblical counseling experience and possibly even college credit.

Women's Program Director

The Father's Ranch Ministries is seeking a spiritually mature, Christian woman with strong Biblical convictions and a heart for hurting and wounded young ladies, to fill the on-site position of Women's Program Director.  The Father's Ranch is a 12 month, residential, Biblical (nouthetic) counseling ministry that serves girls (ages 13-17) and women (ages 18-40) who are struggling with life-entangling issues such as drug/alcohol addiction, eating disorder(s), and/or emotional problems.

The Women's Program Director is an exciting and impacting ministry position and is responsible for the overall quality, supervision and integrity of the girl's and women's residential programs.  This position reports directly to the Executive Director of The Father's Ranch.  The Women's Program Director is an un-paid, domestic missionary position.  Please contact TFR's office at 509-486-8888 to obtain a full ministry description and for additional information.
